a. Delivery Time: Products will be delivered inside Dhaka within a maximum of 5 working days and outside Dhaka within a maximum of 7 working days.

Failure to reach the users: If you do not accept delivery when it is ready, or if we are unable to deliver at the specified time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, the goods will be considered delivered to you, and you will bear all risk and responsibility for them.
